How to use Avas CV Capsule
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Avas CV 20 Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Avas CV 20 Capsule works
Avas CV 20 Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel which decrease cholesterol and prevent heart attack. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medication which prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.

Side Effects:

Common Stomach pain, Diarrhoea, Indigestion, Constipation, Headache, Dizziness, Muscle pain, Weakness, Increased glucose level in blood, Bruising, Nose bleed, Hematoma, Gastric bleeding, Black/dark colored stools, Increased liver enzymes.
